The job description on this req is pretty accurate, however, there is also a receptionist component to this role. Reception experience from a legal environment is preferred, however, corporate reception experience will also be considered. Print/mail experience is useful for this role. This is a fairly busy position, the candidate should be able to respond to 25-40 calls per day, transfer calls to 200+ employees, and have solid professional appearance.
