About the role


We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing our sales processes. You will be responsible for driving the success of our sales team through effective onboarding, KPI setting, and tracking, as well as providing actionable insights from call recordings with prospects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving sales.


Responsibilities
  • Sales Onboarding: Develop and manage a structured onboarding process for new sales team members. Ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed, including training on CRM systems, sales strategies, and internal processes. Monitor and track the progress of new hires during their onboarding journey, providing ongoing support and feedback.
  • Sales KPI Setting and Tracking: Collaborate with sales leadership to define clear and measurable KPIs for individual sales reps and teams. Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales performance against KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend adjustments to improve sales performance.
  • Extract Insights from Call Recordings: Review and analyze recordings of sales calls with prospects to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable feedback to sales reps based on call analysis, focusing on improving key sales skills, messaging, and closing techniques. Identify recurring challenges or opportunities from calls to inform sales strategy and training initiatives.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and driving sales performance.

  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sales training or coaching. Familiarity with call recording platforms and the ability to extract insights from recorded conversations. Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.


$70,000 - $90,000 a year
