Event Marketing Specialist

As a Event Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our client engagement strategy, leading event planning and execution, managing promotional materials, fostering partnerships, driving brand awareness initiatives, and completing general marketing duties. This dynamic role involves coordinating every aspect of event logistics, collaborating with vendors and sales teams, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality brand experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Design and deliver exceptional event experiences, managing logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Brand Engagement: Research and implement creative ways to connect with target audiences and boost brand visibility.
  • Vendor & Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, associations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Promotional Marketing: Oversee the development and distribution of promotional materials to maximize event impact.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to capture and convert leads into meaningful business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor event success using key metrics like lead conversion, ROI, and attendee feedback.
  • Project Management & Budget: Track project progress, communicating regularly with stakeholders and Maintain an accurate and up-to-date budget tracker for all events, ensuring expenditures align with forecasts.

  • Technology Expertise: Experience with tools like Exhibit Day, HubSpot, and iCapture/Captello.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative Vision: A passion for crafting engaging experiences that captivate and inspire.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to align event initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
