Overview
Are you looking to make an impact? We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team to empower technology teams to build mobile app features helping millions of Veterans get easier access to care and benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
In this position, you’ll be working in a small, cross-functional team of Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to build services, processes, and tools that help others launch mobile functionality that meets VA’s standards. Successful candidates will have a passion for managing stakeholder groups, turning customer feedback into solutions, driving alignment, navigating blockers, and facilitating high-performing, human-centered teams to create solutions from discovery to launch and continued evolution. The willingness to tackle ambiguity and dive in to build new services and processes, sometimes from scratch, is essential.
