Virtual Assistant 15 Hours per Week (IC-ZM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FloDesk and ConvertKit
• Create Canva templates
• Write blogs and website content that stays on brand
• Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
• Platforms:
• FloDesk
• ClickUp
• ConvertKit
• Canva

• Experience with FloDesk and ConvertKit (a must) 
• Comfortable managing own work (a plus)
• Experience working with creators (a plus)
• Good grammar
• Creative
• Detail oriented
• Intuitively organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• 15 hours per week (with availability to increase as needed)
• Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
