Virtual Assistant 15 Hours per Week (IC-ZZ)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendar
• Create Canva templates
• Manage social media
• Manage SquareSpace site
• Manage weekly newsletters
• Platforms: Canva, Manychat, Instagram, Kit, Substack, and Squarespace

• Experience working with large IG accounts / influencers  (a plus)
• Experience with Canva, Manychat, Instagram, Kit, Substack, and SquareSpace (a must)
• Passionate about education
• Understanding of the digital product space
• Understanding of affiliate marketing
• Clear communication about abilities and limitations
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• 15 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
