Virtual Assistant 20 Hours per Week (IC-DM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM 
• Make calls 9am - 3pm CST Monday - Friday (TBD on Friday)
• Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
• Ability to understand the training and execute on making calls to warm leads
• Platforms:
• Close

• Experience in sales / business development (a must) 
• Knowledge of real estate (a plus) 
• Personable
• Very professional
• Intuitively organized
• Self-starter
• 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) 
• Must be available to make outbound calls 9am - 3pm CST to warm leads
