Job Description

The Warehouse Administrator is accountable for managing crucial compliance related administrative and data-entry tasks on behalf of the respective Warehouse. With the primary duty being the accurate and timely management of the Controlled Drug Registry and all related actions, other tasks include but are not limited to; management of paperwork, ad hoc duties and supporting the Logistics Manager where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely Controlled Drug Registry; high volume data input
  • Accurate data extraction from related systems: CIN7 OMNI
  • Partnering with the Warehouse Team Leader and Stock Controller relating to the accuracy and management of Controlled Drug Receipt acknowledgments for all inbound stock 
  • Supplier communications related to Controlled Drug Receipt acknowledgments for all inbound stock
  • Accurate storage and retention, physical and digital, of Controlled Drug Receipt acknowledgments for all inbound stock
  • Partnering and collaboration with the Stock Controller in relation to coverage for leave periods as required
  • Ad hoc administrative duties at the direction of the Logistics Manager

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet and independently problem solve
  • Proficiency in Excel, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently during peak work periods
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy while meeting deadlines
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and effective multitasking skills
  • Collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute to team success
  • Strong business-level communication skills (both oral and written)
