About the Opportunity ✍️
As a Conversation Designer joining the Operations Technology team, you will focus on designing solutions for voice, chat, and text-based solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong conversation design skills and a genuine passion for creating exceptional conversational natural experiences that meet our customers where they are, whether that be in our Help Center, our chatbot, or our telephony. They are also highly motivated and excited to work with new and emerging technologies.
What you will do
* Design and develop engaging, compelling, and intuitive conversational experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and incorporate feedback into designs
* Own the development and maintenance of high-quality customer-facing publications (e.g., support center articles) that are easily searchable and queryable by our chatbot
* Analyse user interactions to identify and propose automating high volume user journeys
* Create and maintain comprehensive conversation flows and documentation
* Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new content
* Conduct user research and testing to iterate and improve conversational experiences
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational design
* Educate internal teams on best practices in conversation design
