- Active RN License in good standing
- RAC-CT Certification
- MDS Expertise: Proficient in completing and overseeing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, facilitate meetings, and mentor staff in MDS processes.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to assess data trends and implement effective performance improvement initiatives.

- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Virginia state regulations related to nursing home quality assurance programs.
