DreamWorks Animation Television is seeking a Designer, Digital Marketing to join our team and contribute to our core mission of launching kids’ animated television series across a variety of streaming partners. The position focuses on creative for social platforms; ideal candidates will have expertise in graphic and motion design and creating attention-grabbing, purposeful videos and statics to drive engagement and conversation on a variety of platforms. The role also supports a cross-functional team and will generate designs and assets for websites, CRM/email campaigns, digital advertising, and other ad hoc needs. This role will report to the Director, Social.

“What would you say you do here?”
Ideate and implement the creation of static and video assets for social platforms
Manage graphic design projects from inception to completion
Brainstorm compelling ways to drive organic engagement on social platforms
Cover live events on social platforms using native tools like Instagram Stories
Work with various Marketing department team members to deliver required assets
Lead in the creation of graphics and templates that are consistent in look, feel and tone
Provide notes on delivered materials to vendors and agencies
Work alongside teammates to ideate and develop posts for core franchise social accounts
Assist in identifying opportunities to highlight on-campus culture
“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”
Minimum 2 years graphic design experience
Portfolio Design Work that shows social and traditional digital marketing materials
Adept at the Adobe Creative suite of products
Skilled at video editing/video manipulation techniques (e.g., After Effects, Premiere)

HTML/CSS knowledge is helpful, but not required
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
