Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management team, focusing on customer-facing products. The ideal candidate will have multiple years’ experience successfully growing products with a large userbase.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Develop and execute the product strategy for your product domain, including roadmap planning and prioritization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and sales, to deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the billing and cloud services landscape.
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers and end-users.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate product vision, strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in product management, preferably within the cloud services or SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of product management frameworks and processes.
Experience working with AI, particularly in training or inference, is a plus.
Familiarity with AI as an end-consumer and a solid knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with e-commerce processes is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
