Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As an Application Support Agent you will: 

  • Manage and track service requests and incidents, ensuring timely updates and user communication.
  • Handle user access rights, including account creation, functional mailbox management, and access logs analysis.
  • Perform problem and change management, including impact assessments and escalations to Level 2 support.
  • Conduct tests and regression analysis for new application releases and improvements.
  • Support database-related tasks with basic architecture understanding and maintain operational procedures.
  • Collaborate on service improvements through proactive ticketing and participation in impact assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and assist in maintaining service-related documentation.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to change.
  • Proficient with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Familiar with EU Institutions IT environments would be an asset.
  • Strong understanding of authentication systems (MFA, SSO, TPM), mobile OS (iOS, Android), and API integration.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
