Our company is looking for a Realtor Relations Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships within the realtor community, organizing engaging events, and supporting our sales staff in their marketing efforts. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. You can join us with a role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within the home-building journey. This role is located in Huntsville, AL.

Requirements

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented sales professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or community relations role, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to network and build relationships.
  • Experience in event planning and execution, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for community engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain vibrant connections with realtor partners
  • Use marketing initiatives like social media to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community.
  • Organize impactful events that highlight our new home offerings
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that resonate with the realtor community.
