Your Opportunity

As a key member of the TA and Regional Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to build the company's TA Strategy and vision, create impactful programs to attract top talent and differentiate New Relic from our competitors to our future success!

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for contributing to strategic planning, development of success metrics, prioritization and aligning resources for the TA function. While specifically accountable for the successful execution and adoption of key initiatives programs with your immediate team and business partners in the APJ Region.
  • Build innovative and inclusive recruitment strategy for the APJ Region that aligns to business priorities and workforce plans that include a meticulous focus on building diverse pipelines, effective assessment processes that scale and strong candidate experience
  • Lead, develop and manage a team of Managers, Recruiters and Coordinators that are passionate and accountable to build and deliver inclusive hiring strategies for the APJ Region and outstanding candidate experience
  • Build strategic relationships with senior business leaders and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment to cross functional strategy and bring consistent updates on strategy, progress on goals and commitments.
  • Establishing goals using data to measure performance and impact that align to our leadership accountabilities and values
  • Empower a data oriented team, using analytics and industry intelligence to provide insights and analysis to use in strategic decision making 
  • Deliver on established goals, OKR's, SLA's to deliver on commitments to impact overall success of New Relic

Your Qualifications

  • 12+ years of talent acquisition experience in technology industry in the APJ Region
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of recruiters/sourcers, preferably experience leading other managers
  • Demonstrated ability devising and leading talent strategies in a fast-growth tech environment
  • Proven track record to establish relationships within human resources (HR), senior business leaders, and cross-functional business partners
  • Expert industry knowledge of the labor markets, industry trends and local labor laws in APJ Region
  • Experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Extraordinary presentation and communication skills
  • Global recruiting experience in APJ Region, ideally in India, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Thailand
