NEYO Ltd is thrilled to announce an opening for a ServiceNow Associate Consultant. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience in the implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions across various client environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers to dive into the world of IT Service Management and develop their skills in ServiceNow platform functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow modules according to client specifications and best practices.
• Work closely with senior consultants to gather requirements and documents as part of the project lifecycle.
• Support configuration, customization, and integration efforts of ServiceNow applications.
• Participate in user training sessions and provide end-user support during and after implementation.
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of ServiceNow ITIL processes within the organization.
• Help troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient functioning of the ServiceNow applications.
• Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities to provide informed support to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic IT concepts such as Windows/Unix systems, networks, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) are mandatory.
• Understanding of IT Service Management concepts and practices, ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is desirable, but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Experience in relevant internships or projects is an advantage.
