Exciting work-From Home Opportunity!

As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.

• Responsibilities: Conduct phone interviews, partner with recruitment, educate households, resolve technical issues, meet performance goals, collect and report data, troubleshoot equipment, and communicate effectively via phone, email, text, video, and chat.
• Home Office Requirements: Requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City.

• Flexible Schedules: We offer a variety of shift options to accommodate diverse needs. Exact shift details will be discussed during the interview process. All candidates must be willing to work one weekend day per week.
