Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Czech-speaking customers via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services.
• Document customer inquiries and resolutions in the support database.
• Educate customers on product features and usage to maximize their experience.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and service enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in technology to deliver accurate support.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticket tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
