We are excited to add a Product Manager to our NIQ Media organization. This role will be responsible for developing and launching products within the NIQ Media Audience Activation and Data Enrichment product lines. This role includes being the media expert on product and implementation needs related to audience activation, delivery and reporting, leading the development for platform integrations both internally and externally including plugging in to media tools, marketplaces and ecosystems where needed, and assist in mentoring a high-performing organization on the industry and business of media from planning through outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating on product strategy, working closely with technical teams, and measuring product success through KPIs. The candidate will be working closely with technical teams including data architects, data engineers and data scientists, as well as sales enablement, product marketing, commercial leads and other client facing teams.

Job Description

As the Product Manager, you will have following key accountabilities:

  • Monitor product development and work closely with technical teams, engineering, and client facing stakeholders to manage communications on delivery
  • Ensure product development is meeting required revenue needs and delivering on overall product strategy and business goals.
  • Develop, own and deliver on product roadmap; utilize an agile mindset to deliver incremental value to market in between key milestones.
  • Define and document product requirements
  • Analyze competitive offerings and come up with differentiators and competitive positioning
  • Educate internal commercial and customer success teams on product offerings to drive client adoption
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather insights and drive product development
  • Establish, track and report on KPIs to measure success and impact of products.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners on advanced analytical product needs or feature development, product managers, product marketing, and corporate marketing to create collateral that accurately represents the value of new products and product extensions
  • Work with other product leads to develop integration plans for NIQ Media products to surface within existing NIQ platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in consumer insights, advertising agency, media ad sales, media planning, media activation, and/or media measurement industry
  • 3+ years' experience in Product Management in ad tech, digital media, performance media or similar fields.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including economic models behind how media is bought and sold on programmatic and private marketplace exchanges
  • In depth understanding of campaign workflows for agencies or advertisers including knowledge around performance and brand campaign objectives
  • Experience with tag management systems, web analytics and pixel implementation tools, environments as well strategic understanding of campaign objectives and execution alignment
  • Passion for solving real world challenges with user-centric solutions
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Ability to develop good relationships and work with external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exposure to data privacy, sensitive personal information policies and regulations for compliance
  • Experience working with media companies, agencies, traditional and digital research is a plus
