Consulting Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or large scale projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, guiding project teams, and contributing to business development and internal growth. Your role will require a deep understanding of client needs, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and develop consulting teams to achieve excellence.

Experience: 7-12 years of experience in consulting,  with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects successfully.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide high-level advisory services to clients.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively in both Arabic and English.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
