We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team and contribute to Omnisend's paid acquisition strategy. In this role, you’ll focus on managing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Capterra, and more. You’ll play a key role in driving campaign performance, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring we reach the right audiences effectively. What you'll do @Omnisend:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) focusing on driving performance.
  • Execute day-to-day campaign management, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new tools or strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Web Growth, Product Marketing) to align messaging and visuals in campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and analytics, including pixels and conversion tracking.
  • Support testing roadmaps and assist in running A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency.


What we expect from you:
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, ideally within SaaS and/or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Knowledge in media buying, research, and planning.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage campaigns effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
