Business Development Specialist - KOL

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet providers, blockchain platforms, and others, to explore potential partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and improvements based on market demands and customer feedback.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients, including institutional investors, retail traders, and other target groups, using effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets in the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Cultivate new partnerships with media outlets and affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract first-time deposits and trades.
  • Play a key role in executing the company’s strategy in both creative and practical ways.
  • Expand OSL’s client base and foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Strengthen and grow OSL’s reputation and presence in local markets.
  • Research emerging trends in blockchain technology and recommend new products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends (such as YouTube, TikTok) and the blockchain influencer community.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the crypto or blockchain industry, with established relationships or knowledge of influential figures in local markets.
  • Passionate about blockchain and web3 technologies.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to make an impact in an evolving, undefined space – adept at listening to market needs and executing effectively.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and write comprehensive reports.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading high-performing business development or sales teams.
