Strategic Content & Partnerships Lead

As the Strategic Content & Partnerships Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our social media strategy. In this senior position, you will work closely with the CMO to develop and execute a dynamic content strategy for two flagship shows on our social media platforms, including a weekly roundtable hosted by the CMO. You will be responsible for content creation, developing the program plan, and securing high-profile industry experts and influencers to join the conversation.

Your deep understanding of the crypto industry, combined with your strong network of contacts, will be key to ensuring that our content resonates with audiences and attracts leading voices in the space. Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop the overall program plan and content strategy for two flagship shows, including weekly roundtable discussions hosted by the CMO, featuring prominent industry figures.
• Industry Networking: Leverage your network and deep understanding of the crypto industry to secure high-profile guests, influencers, and thought leaders for the shows.
• Content Creation & Curation: Determine key themes, topics, and talking points for the shows based on current trends in the crypto space. Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality content creation and delivery.
• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and key industry players to increase show visibility and engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and content production, to ensure seamless execution of the content strategy.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor the success of the shows through data and analytics, adjusting the strategy to optimize reach, engagement, and impact.

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, media partnerships, or a similar role, ideally in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Strong network within the crypto space, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and media figures.
• Proven experience in content development and program management, especially in podcasting, webinars, or video shows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• A deep understanding of current trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content management systems.
