Project Manager For Marketing Firm

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Project Manager for a Marketing Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to enhance our project delivery and client management the role includes managing project schedules, client interactions, administrative tasks, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage Asana for scheduling and tracking all project-related tasks

• Excellent English language verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Proven working experience (at least 3 years) in project management, especially within the marketing or branding industries.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Organized and fast thinking and solving skills,
• Proficiency with Asana, Google Calendar, Zoom call and Scheduling,
