As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by selling outsourcing solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth, building strong relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Identify, target, and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the Outsourcing sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential new markets.
- Prepare and present customized Outsourcing solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on Outsourcing industry trends and developments.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management within the BPO industry.
- In-depth knowledge of BPO and outsourcing services, with the capability to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Proven ability to generate leads using available business tools and resources.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Skilled at building and sustaining relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Results-oriented, with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and adept at managing sales pipelines.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
