Product Manager (Web Interfaces)

We at P2P.org are the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $8B 🔝

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator 💪

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We work with partners like BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger and ByBit.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

About project

The web team at P2P.org plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance of the website. In addition to developing a Staking Platform with several staking services, such as decentralized direct staking, NFT staking, and liquid staking, the team is constantly seeking new ways to improve user experience and increase website metrics.

Looking ahead, the team has some exciting plans in the pipeline. One of the main goals is to expand the current offerings with DeFi integrations and insurance protections, providing users with more options and added security. Another important initiative is to allow DeFi protocols to build on top of the platform, which will open up new possibilities for the entire DeFi ecosystem. The web team is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving industry, and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that P2P.org remains a leading player in the space.

Who we are looking for 🔍

We are seeking a Product Manager – Web Interfaces to lead the development and enhancement of our key client-facing products: the staking dashboard (app.p2p.org), and our Ethereum staking dApp (eth.p2p.org). These products enable our clients to stake their assets seamlessly with just a few clicks. The ideal candidate will focus on improving user experience, integrating innovative staking technologies, and delivering more features and data points to enhance client satisfaction and product competitiveness.

This role also involves integrating core Ethereum staking technologies such as Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) staking, EigenLayer restaking, and future advancements directly into our web interfaces to stay at the forefront of the staking ecosystem.

We are seeking a Product Manager who will lead the development and optimization of client-facing web interfaces for staking products, ensuring seamless user experiences, integrating advanced Ethereum staking technologies, and driving innovation to meet customer expectations.

You will 🚀

  • Lead the creation and optimization of staking interfaces (app.p2p.orgeth.p2p.org) to enable effortless staking experiences for clients

  • Manage product development at scale, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration of Ethereum staking technologies like Distributed Validator Technology (DVT), EigenLayer restaking & more

  • Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify best practices and innovative solutions, ensuring interfaces remain competitive and client-focused

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced features, better UX, and seamless integration of staking technologies for institutional and retail clients

You have 🤓

  • Experience in large-scale B2B interface development from the ground up

  • Proven track record in creating and improving complex web application interfaces

  • Strong knowledge of AB testing, web marketing, SEO, and paid traffic

  • Expertise in developing and implementing key site metrics

  • Familiarity with blockchain, decentralized systems, and crypto industry trends

  • Experience with Ethereum and restaking is a huge plus

  • Fluent English
