Executive Assistant / Project Manager - (US-based/Remote)

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client's team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role by handling administrative tasks across 3 organizations (massage studio, church, nonprofit), taking care of social media management, and project management for various ongoing projects This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

• Strong Project Management and initiative-taking abilities
• Familiarity with productivity/project management software (though willing to learn new tools)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks
• Preferred location: Latin America or other location willing to work EST business hours (9am-5pm)
