This role will be crucial in the success of the marketing team in 2025 and beyond. Working as a Content Strategist, you will be a conduit to what the audience needs, what the business is trying to create and say, what marketing is trying to achieve and then mixing in your own experience and views on how best to connect with the audience in the best way.
Versatile and agile, you will create what needs to be created and enjoy being trusted and autonomous whilst simultaneously being a part of a tight-knit team that works together on everything.
Who you are:
You are a content expert with a track record of delivering interesting and engaging content assets and campaigns in a high-energy environment. You have at least 3 years of experience in doing this and are able to write and produce collateral, understand complex topics and be able to simplify them or edit and create videos and are aware and connected to new trends and techniques in content creation, including AI.
You are versatile in your approach to content, whether it be in-house or working with agencies to get things produced that we require. Comfortable with a fast pace of a start up, you thrive on a demanding environment but revel in seeing your work going out on screens and stands and in the press. You collaborate first but have no fear in doing things off your own back.
You are a personality that connects with your colleagues and audience on a human level.
