Join Parallel Employment as a Production Worker!

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to be part of our production team at a leading manufacturing facility in the East Troy area. As a Production Worker/finish operator, you will Set up and operate finishing equipment including but not limited to straightener, saw, and furnace.  Blow plugs, rand bright, and swirl.

Shifts Available: 3rd shift Mon-Fri 3p-11p

Pay Rate: $20.05 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment as assigned
• Assemble and package products according to specifications and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills and basic math skills
