As a Consultant in this department, you will work directly with Dutch-speaking clients to provide exceptional support for their ticketing and event service needs. Your role will involve guiding customers through our online platforms, ensuring that they have a seamless experience when booking and managing their event tickets. Your Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
• Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process and provide tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, offering effective solutions to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients.
• Monitor ticketing trends and provide insights to improve our services and offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests within our CRM system.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
