Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to our virtual assistant services, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service offerings and best practices.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
