Your expertise will be essential in guiding customers through our online platforms, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience when booking and managing their event tickets. Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Slovak-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
  • Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process and offer personalized recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure that accurate and relevant event information is available to clients.
  • Monitor ticketing trends and provide feedback to improve our services and offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
  • Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please include your nationality and native language in your application.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with online ticketing and event management platforms is advantageous.
