This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support students and educators in navigating their online learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with inquiries related to online courses, platforms, and technology, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for any technical issues they may encounter.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's educational products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions in detail to improve service quality and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall educational experience for customers.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or technology sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to users.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in online learning and education technology.
