Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning grocery delivery services.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Educate customers on delivery policies, service features, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal service.
• Stay updated on the grocery product offerings and company services to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or grocery sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in grocery products and delivery services.
