We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients navigate their insurance inquiries and claims processes while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to policy details, claim submissions, and claim status updates.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a smooth claims process.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance specialists to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
• Provide clients with information about available coverage options and updates to insurance policies.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A solid understanding of insurance processes and regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
