We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Consultant for our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the events industry who possess a strong understanding of online ticketing solutions specifically tailored for the Portuguese-speaking market.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding online ticketing systems and event services.
• Assist clients in optimizing their ticketing processes and strategies for improved event management.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ existing ticketing operations and recommend solutions for enhancement.
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of tailored ticketing solutions.
• Advise clients on local event regulations and compliance requirements as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the ticketing and events industry to provide strategic insights.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and ongoing support.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or consulting within the events industry.
• Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices for event services.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights for clients.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
