We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Entertainment Systems Department. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and customer service, and who enjoy helping Spanish-speaking customers enhance their home entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, setup instructions, troubleshooting, and warranties.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure optimal satisfaction with their purchases.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay informed about the latest home entertainment products and trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continual improvement of products and services.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or home entertainment industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
