We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the transportation industry, providing support to Spanish-speaking clients navigating their transportation options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service schedules, and company policies.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry standards and travel regulations to provide accurate assistance.
• Collect feedback from clients to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
