Spanish Speaking IT Services Representative for Leading Tech Firm - Athens

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support to Spanish-speaking clients while working within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients seeking technical assistance and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues through multi-channel communication, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective and timely resolution of client requests.
• Assist in training clients on software applications and IT systems.
• Contribute to service enhancements through feedback and proactive problem resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in IT support, technical services, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to convey complex technical information in a clear and approachable manner.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.
