Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Spanish-speaking users through email, chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries about the messaging platform.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user accounts and platform features.
• Provide expert guidance to optimize users' experiences with the messaging platform.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify common concerns and propose potential enhancements.
• Stay updated on new features and developments within the messaging platform to ensure high-quality support.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ascertain user satisfaction and resolution effectiveness.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, particularly in a digital messaging or technology role, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of messaging platforms and current technology trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively address customer challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success.
