This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients in the rental services sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly.
• Guide clients throughout the rental process, assisting them with reservations, vehicle selection, and clarification of rental terms.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive and seamless rental experience.
• Work closely with rental locations to ensure vehicle availability and optimize operational performance.
• Collect and assess customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about rental policies, vehicle options, and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the rental or automotive industry, is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Proficient in CRM software and familiar with standard office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
