As an IT Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding IT support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Educate clients on product functionalities, updates, and best usage practices.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and suggest improvements.
• Follow-up with customers to gauge satisfaction and ensure resolution of their concerns.
• Stay current with technology and product updates to enhance service delivery.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM software is a significant advantage.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
