Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Logistics & Shipping Department

In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance in both logistics and shipping processes. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and shipping processes.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate shipping schedules, delivery times, and other logistics-related information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and prompt service delivery.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) both spoken and written is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering great service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
