Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Home Entertainment Systems Department

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to home entertainment products, providing expert guidance and support to enhance their experience. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and recommendations.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide customers in using their home entertainment systems, ensuring they get the most enjoyment out of their products.
• Document customer interactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Basic understanding of home entertainment systems and technology is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
