- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Assist clients with onboarding, providing guidance on our services and resources.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product information and best practices in customer support.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and effective problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
