Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Document all support requests and outcomes accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and solve complex technical problems.
• Provide training and resources to help clients maximize their usage of products and services.

• Fluent in Dutch and strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of technology-related sectors like e-commerce or telecommunications is advantageous.
