Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and driving positive interactions.
• Provide assistance via email, phone, and chat, maintaining a strong virtual presence.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively respond to customer needs.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to enhance the service experience based on customer feedback.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement.
• Document customer interactions and analyze feedback for process improvements.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service or client engagement role is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
