Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, managing their inquiries and providing top-notch support.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information and assistance to clients.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns quickly to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and recommendations for service improvements.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and collect insights.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• An interest in online media and awareness of industry trends.
