Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in German, assisting clients with inquiries regarding wearable technology products and services.
  • Resolve product-related issues and customer concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately, maintaining clear records for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address more complex customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, delivering a friendly and professional service.

  • Fluency in German and proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or wearables industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, managing time and tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • A genuine interest in wearable technology and eagerness to learn about new products is a plus; training will be provided.
