Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spotify users through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a positive user experience throughout the process.
• Educate users on Spotify features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their experience on the platform.
• Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and payment issues.
• Collect and document customer feedback to continually improve services and support provided to users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on Spotify’s product offerings, features, and promotions to provide accurate and timely assistance.

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the online media industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for quality customer experiences.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and a general interest in music and media trends.
